Position: Senior Officer/ Executive, Human Resources
Undertake all necessary processes relating to recruitment and selection.
Organize different training sessions, workshops and other related activities
Prepare different training materials, module, presentation etc.
Identify the requirement of training and development opportunities.
Assist supervisor to prepare monthly and yearly training calendar.
Arrange orientation for newly joined employees and on the job training.
Coordinate staff transition like appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, increment, disciplinary issues and other status changes of Employees.
Assist supervisor in executing company’s employee relations program, policies and procedures.
Update HRIS on regular basis and consult with IT department regarding development of HRIS.
Plan, organize and coordinate various HR related survey, annual picnic and employee engagement program.
Assist supervisor in building employee morale and a satisfactory work environment & culture.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Masters in Management with PGDHRM or MBA in HRM from any recognized University
6-7 years experience in national /multinational company in the Human Resources Department in similar kind of work
Maximum 35 years of Age
Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law
Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla
Good computer knowledge in MS Office Application including excellent typing skills both in English and Bangla
Capable to handle adverse situation and work under pressure
